Copyright and our service

We respect copyright and take reports about material on Into The Trend seriously. If you believe a video, image or other material on our site infringes your copyright, you can ask us to review it and remove or disable access to it.

Please give us enough information to identify both your work and the material you are reporting. A clear notice helps us find the right page and contact you if we need more information.

How to send a takedown notice

Email your notice to support@intothetrend.app. Include all of the following information:

• Your name and contact information, including an email address.
• A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
• The URL of the page on our site where the material appears, and enough detail to identify it.
• A statement that you are the copyright owner or a representative authorized to act for the owner.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
• Your signature, which may be an electronic signature.

Please make sure the information in your notice is accurate.

What happens next

We will process notices within two business days after receiving them. We may contact you if the notice is incomplete or we need help locating the material. We will usually first remove or disable the relevant example or template while we review the report.

We may share the notice with the person responsible for the reported material when needed to handle the request. Please include only information you are comfortable providing for that purpose.

Counter-notices

If material was removed or disabled because of a copyright notice and you believe that happened by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to support@intothetrend.app. Identify the removed material and where it appeared, explain why you believe the removal was a mistake, and include your name, contact information and signature.

We will review the counter-notice and may share it with the person who sent the original notice. We may restore the material when appropriate after reviewing the information and any applicable legal requirements.
