How much do credit packs cost?
Starter is $9.99 for 120 credits ($0.083 per credit, about 1–2 videos); Popular is $24.99 for 320 credits ($0.078 per credit, about 2–6 videos); Pro is $59.99 for 800 credits ($0.075 per credit, about 7–16 videos); Studio is $129.99 for 2000 credits ($0.065 per credit, about 18–40 videos).
Is there a subscription?
No. Packs are a one-time payment. You are never billed again unless you buy another pack.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay in your account until you use them.
What if a video fails?
The credits used for a failed generation are returned to your account automatically.
Can I get a refund?
Videos that were generated successfully are not refunded. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Email support@intothetrend.app. See the refund policy for details.
