Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Account information: when you sign in with Google, the email address, name and profile picture that Google shares with us.
• Photos you upload and the videos we generate from them.
• Order information: what you bought, the amount, and a payment reference. Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
• Waitlist information: your email address, if you join the waitlist.
• Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, language, and how you use the site (through cookies and analytics).

2. How we use your information

• To create your account, generate your videos and deliver them to you.
• To process purchases, send receipts and refunds, and prevent fraud and abuse.
• To contact you about your account or a purchase when needed, and (if you joined the waitlist) to tell you when the service launches.
• To understand how the site is used and to improve it.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Your photos and videos

When you generate a video, your photo is temporarily uploaded to the third-party AI services we use to create the video (including fal, which hosts the models). Our copy and the copy stored at fal are deleted within 24 hours.

We don't sell your photos or use them to train our own models. Photos are processed by our AI providers only to generate your video and are deleted within 24 hours.

Photos and videos are deleted within 24 hours. Your uploaded photo is deleted within 24 hours, and so is your generated video once it is ready. Download your video as soon as it is ready: expired videos cannot be recovered.

Custom scene mode: if you add a vehicle photo, it is handled like your own photo. The preview images we create are kept for the same time too. All of them are deleted within 24 hours of creating the task.

Please upload only photos of yourself, your pet, or people who have given you permission, as described in our Terms of Service.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the service, such as cloud hosting and storage, AI generation, payment processing, email delivery and analytics, and only as needed for them to perform those services. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the service.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We may use Google Analytics to understand traffic and usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site may not work without them.

6. Data retention

Photos and videos are kept for the periods stated above. Account and order records are kept for as long as your account exists and as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes. Waitlist emails are kept until the service launches and you are notified, or until you ask us to remove them.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to remove you from the waitlist, by emailing support@intothetrend.app. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have additional rights under local privacy laws, and we will honor them as required.

8. Security

Uploaded photos and generated videos are stored in private storage and can only be accessed through time-limited links. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The service is for people who are 18 or older. Do not upload photos of children or other minors. If we learn that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
